At 6B Invent Germany, we are committed to providing high-quality dental instruments and equipment. We stand behind the quality of our products with a One-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal professional use for 12 months from the date of purchase.

If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the product using genuine replacement parts.
  • Replace the product with the same or an equivalent model.
  • Provide an appropriate solution if repair or replacement is not possible.

What Is Covered

The warranty applies to manufacturing defects, including:

  • Functional defects occurring under normal operating conditions.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or negligence.
  • Improper installation, maintenance, or sterilization.
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
  • Damage caused by dropping, impact, or improper storage.
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect product performance.
  • Consumable parts or accessories unless they are defective upon delivery.

Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim:

  3. Our team will review your claim and provide instructions for repair, replacement, or return if required.
