No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any products purchased through our website unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Exchange Policy

We only accept exchanges when a product has a verified manufacturing defect, is damaged due to a company-related error, or an incorrect item has been supplied by us.

To qualify for an exchange, the issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

How to Report an Issue

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 3 calendar days of receiving your order and provide:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs or videos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect product

Claims submitted after the 3-day reporting period may not be accepted.

Exchange Approval

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved by our team, we will arrange an exchange or replacement of the affected product. The replacement item will be shipped after verification of the claim.

Non-Eligible Returns and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted for:

Change of mind
Incorrect product selection by the customer
Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
Normal wear and tear
Claims reported more than 3 days after delivery
Products returned without prior authorization

Shipping Costs

If an exchange is approved due to a company error, defective product, or incorrect shipment, 6B Invent Germany will cover the applicable replacement shipping costs.

Limitation of Liability

6B Invent Germany shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or inability to use our products.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Refund & Return Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to purchases from 6B Invent Germany, including the interpretation or enforcement of this policy, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida, USA.
